  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, The Baby Store Plus ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We process all orders, usually within 1 business day. We ship Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. Some products are "Drop-Ship" items, meaning that they will be shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse, separate from other items in the order, so please allow an additional 3-5 days of processing time for Drop-Ship items. Drop-Ship items will be noted within the description of the item.

  • Return Policy

  • If you receive any merchandise that is deemed to be defective, you must contact the manufacturer of that product before returning the merchandise to The Baby Store Plus. No merchandise will be accepted for return or issued a refund in part of in full if you have not first contacted The Baby Store Plus customer service department and received a Return Authorization Number. RA's must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. You are responsible for cost of return shipping unless we made an error in your order (ie: we shipped the wrong item). Refunds for merchandise returned for any reason other than our fault, will be issued less original shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in its original, clean, unused condition with all packaging, tags, etc intact and undamaged. Package must be safely packaged and insured.

    Once an RA has been issued, you will have 7 days to return the item that the RA was issued for.  If we do not recieve the item postmarked within 7 days of the date the RA was issued, then a refund will not be issued.  If the item returned is not in its original, clean, unused condition with all packagine, tags, etc intact and undamaged then we will not issue a refund.
